Homefynd started because two Canary Wharf residents could not reliably book a cleaner twice.
The home services market in London is enormous and almost entirely unaccountable. Platforms optimise for supply volume, providers churn, and the person who cleaned your flat brilliantly in March is gone by May. Everyone involved is worse off — least of all the platform.
We took the opposite approach. One launch area. A provider roster small enough that our team has met every single person on it. Rates published up front, with the majority going to the provider rather than the platform. And a concierge desk in E14 that answers the phone.
Canary Wharf is the proving ground, not the ambition. When every category here is fully staffed and holding above a 4.6 average, we take the same model to the next London district — and not one week sooner.

Homefynd begins with a focused launch in Canary Wharf, connecting local households with trusted home service professionals.
Now
Launching across Canary Wharf and selected surrounding E14 areas, with services introduced as the local provider network grows.
Next
Expanding district by district, building a strong local provider network before opening each new area.
Beyond
Growing carefully across London while maintaining the same standards of quality, trust and service.
We would rather turn down a booking than send someone we have not met.
Providers keep at least 82% of the hourly rate. Good work is retained, not replaced.
A named person owns every complaint until it is closed.
